AthletIQ Venues
Every ring, pit, and lane. Booked once. Cancelled once — everyone told.
Your locations
Keep the team's practice and meet venues in one list, with addresses and notes.
Spaces inside each venue
List the bookable spaces at each location — discus ring, shot ring, long jump pit, track lanes — so bookings stay specific.
No double-booking
Book a space for a date and time. The system refuses overlapping bookings of the same space, while other spaces stay open.
Weather cancel
One tap cancels a practice or meet because of weather, with an optional note about the conditions.
Everyone hears about it
A weather cancel automatically posts an announcement to the right audience — the whole team or just the affected event group.
Coach-controlled
Only coaches and admins add venues or book spaces. Athletes and parents see the results through the calendar and announcements.
