Run a meet for every team
Open your meet to any team — even teams not on AthletIQ. Entries, calls, check-in, weather holds and results in one place.
Online entries
Coaches enter athletes by event with a team or club name and optional club ID like USATF. Parents can enter their own child unattached.
Meet staff
List your referee, starters, field judges, clerks and timers — coaches or invited volunteers.
Event calls
Post first, second and final calls with a report-to spot. Athletes, coaches and families in that event get a live alert.
Tablet check-in
Big buttons at the clerk tent, search by name or team, and warnings when an athlete has two events at once.
Weather holds
Pause the whole meet with a countdown everyone sees. Lightning restarts the 30-minute clock in one tap.
Official results
Meet staff record marks and times, and each athlete's best counts as an official mark on their record.
